Moments - Sand, sun, sticks, sea & spindle weed

-Looking down on the magic beach and a twist of tree bark.
-Boy's gotta have a stick. Or rather, many sticks.
-Just arrived at the beach and running down to the water.
-Poppet is into tippy-toes at the moment. I think she looks like she's about to start doing the Charleston!
-Spindle-weed. We thought it looked amazing.
-Poppet and I pretending to nap on one of the hot days, our hands resting on the bump that is Littlest. (Up to week 27 now!)

I think we've officially started back into 'the routine'. My Beloved and I woke at 4am this morning to get him ready for the two hour commute into the city for his first big-city hospital rotation. While I'm looking forward to hearing all about it... four am. I might not wake up with him every morning.
It's nearly six so not long now and it'll be time to start getting the wee one ready for his first full week of school - his first day was Friday, he's getting so big
But in the meantime, memories of lazy mornings meandering around before bundling into the car heading for sand and sea down bone-rattling clay paths.

Joining with the lovely Em of The Beetle Shack for stills from our week.

  1. Hope you have a good school week and that they are completely exhausted at the end of the day. Early bedtimes are good for the first few weeks I find until they settle into the routine of school again. Regards Kathy A, Brisbane, Australia

  3. Congrats on your soon to be bub! My little man is a month today and it has flown, mainly due to the fact I'm chasing a 2 year old this time too. But you're probably an old hand at the craziness now with your third coming soon. Ilove the beach play shots. Ypur daughter looks so sweet in the bonnet. Jo xx
