5/52

1. My Poppet looking wise and decided and (although I could be reading into things) a little bit Pride and Predjudice-y - you know, seeing as it's the 200 year anniversary and all. She picked it up through osmosis.

2. My Sprocket having fun at the beach

Up to week five of the 'a portrait a week of my children for a year' and moving into February. Let me breath a sigh of relief. I'm allergic to January. It always seems such a 'waiting for the year to begin' month. But yay - we're in February! Let the good times roll!

Joining with Jodi at Che and Fidel for the 52 Portraits Project. It's a wonderful project and so exciting to see so many people from all corners of the globe joining in.

  1. I think I'm allergic to January too, not enough of the year has passed to make it real for me. That first shot of your daughter is awesome. It made me click from all of the links on Che and Fidel. Such dramatic light.

  2. There is just something about January...I wish we could cancel it and move straight into February! I'm so glad you like the photo of my little one, I love the light in it as well.
