Giggle-Bear, considering. I loved the light in this (slightly out of focus) photo. It reminds me of just how silken-soft her skin is.

Adventure-Boy, looking for snakes in a park up at Maleny. He's just come running to me "Mummy, mummy, there's a beautiful green grass snake up a tree!" And so it was. I'd forgotten the sinuous beauty of a snake on the move. We also saw bush turkey and a score of paddymelon (like miniature wallabies) and a quite impressive huntsman.

The Extravaganza. Stilled, in thrall to the television. Although I hate to admit it if we didn't dislodge her The Extravaganza would quite happily spend the vast proportion of her day watching television. In the aim of a true-ish (read, completely cherry-picked but with elements of truth) portrait - the Extravaganza engrossed.

Joining with Jodi for a portrait of my little ones once a week, every week, in 2015. A busy week, of more anon, but two words. School Holidays. Sigh. Chaos. And we're moving house… Two kids have already overturned paint… and then there was the other Paint-Alicious Day.
